You may now pay your assessments with credit cards or electronic check. Please note there is a 3-5 day processing time for this form of payment. Please refer to your statements for late fee dates and amounts and allow adequate time for payment processing.
A processing fee will be added to credit card payments. This fee is dictated by the bank and is $5.00. If you pay with a check on-line, there is no fee.
