FRAUD NOTICE: Some homeowners are receiving emails from an agency called NACHA. These emails are not legitimate and if you click on a link or respond, they will be able to access your bank account. This has happened for our autopay customers. PLEASE BE AWARE - if you should receive one of these emails, report it to your banking institution IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT respond or click any links - DELETE IT.
You may now pay your assessments with credit cards or electronic check. Please note there is a 3-5 day processing time for this form of payment. Please refer to your statements for late fee dates and amounts.
A processing fee will be added to credit card payments. This fee is dictated by the bank and is $5.00. If you pay with a check on-line, there is no fee.
To sign up for autopay please contact us. We will need a copy of a voided check. You may either contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org; or you may call us at 702-531-3382 with the request.
