CAMCO's high-rise/mid-rise division is a specialized branch of the company, offering high-end services for the management, maintenance and operation of high-rise/mid-rise residential condominiums, mixed-use high-rise condominiums and high-rise condominium hotels.
CAMCO recognizes that the management of high-rise/mid-rise condominiums poses particular challenges from preparation of the built-up budget through maintenance operation of the building systems, such as:

Stanley Monsef is the high-rise division manager of Complete Association Management Company, LLC (CAMCO).
Stanley has an extensive and diverse background, with 18 years as a professor of political science, and over 26 years as a professional engineer and architect, during which he was engaged in development, design, construction and management of large scale projects, including high-rise hotels, high-rise condominiums, high-rise apartments and residential and commercial buildings.
Stanley has Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral Studies in architecture and political science. He is a part-time professor at the College of Southern Nevada, and a community manager in the state of Nevada. Stanley has managed large-scale community associations in Clark County, Nevada, and recently completed advanced studies in the operation and maintenance of high-rise buildings (M320), sponsored by the Association of Professional Community Managers, CAI. He is the author of several published papers, including a comprehensive manual, "Management, Maintenance and Operation of High-Rise Buildings."
Stanley is an award-winning member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with acknowledged superior performance in design, construction and supervision of U.S. military and civic-action projects in the Middle East.
