Developer Information
For projects that are under construction, the Developers Division of CAMCO establishes a pre-construction relationship with the Developer and assists in creating the governing body, the Association.
The Developers Division sees the association through to the 75% transition meeting, after which administration of the Association is transferred to the Portfolio Management Division. The pre-development services offered by the Division are:
- Assisting in Strategic Planning
- Preparation of the Built-Out Budget
- Creation of the Public Offering Statement
- Filing of Government documents
- Drafting of policies, procedures, Committee charters and Tax I.D. applications
- Assisting in the review/approval of Architectural requests

Voted Associate of the Year by The Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association
The Associate Member of the Year Award is given annually to an Associate Member, who has given outstanding service to the Association and the industry. The past three (3) years have been financially challenging for the Association. When 2009 began, we knew it was going to be VERY challenging. This Associate Member immediately stepped forward and committed time, talent and energy to transform one of our “fun” events of the year into a major fund-raiser for the Association’s continued operation. This Member, serving and working as the Chairman of the Golf Committee, rallied the committee members and others to bring fresh ideas to our Annual Golf Tournaments – including the popular new “Bid On A Builder” competition for Associate Members to play golf with a captive Builder Member. He brought new life and purpose to our tournaments. He helped to provide a welcome break for our members, and in the process, he raised much needed funds for the Association.
The 2009 Associate Member of the Year Award goes to Ken Williams of CAMCO.
